COVID-19 Resources for Employees and Visitors

We ask all employees and potential office/worksite visitors to complete a self-assessment before leaving home. If you have any of the below symptoms please complete the online self-assessment (linked below) and follow the instructions provided.

Ontario COVID-19 Self Assessment

If you are experiencing any of the below symptoms or answer "yes" to any of the questions below please do not come into the worksite. Contact public health and get tested for COVID-19. Once tested, follow public health's instructions. If you are at work and any of the below symptoms arise, please isolate yourself and contact your supervisor.

- Fever or chills

- Difficulty breathing or shortness of breath

- Cough

- Sore throat, trouble swallowing

- Runny nose/stuffy nose or nasal congestion

- Decrease or loss of smell or taste

- Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain

- Not feeling well, extreme tiredness, sore muscles

- Have you traveled outside of Canada in the past 14 days?

- Have you had close contact with a confirmed or probable case of COVID-19?
